PRIVACY POLICY
PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy explains how CŒUR BRAND LAB processes personal data when you visit this website or contact us. It is based primarily on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. The EU GDPR may additionally apply in individual cases.
1. Controller
CŒUR BRAND LAB, Adrianna Kajchel, Zürich, Switzerland.
Privacy enquiries: hello@coeurbrandlab.com.
2. Data processed when visiting the website
When you access the website, the hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system and device information. This is necessary to deliver the website securely, maintain stability and prevent misuse.
3. Contact and project enquiries
The website does not currently operate its own contact form. Contact buttons open an email draft in your email service. If you contact us, we process the details you provide, including your name, email address, company, project information and correspondence, to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer and manage any resulting business relationship.
4. Fonts and external services
This website may load Google Fonts supplied by Google. Your browser may therefore connect to Google servers and transmit technical data, including your IP address. Links to Instagram and Gmail are external links. Their respective providers process data under their own privacy terms when you use those services.
5. Hosting, recipients and international transfers
We use service providers for website hosting, technical infrastructure, email and business administration. These providers may process data on our behalf and may be located outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, recognised contractual safeguards or another lawful basis.
6. Cookies and analytics
At the date of this policy, this website does not use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or non-essential marketing cookies. Technically necessary storage or security mechanisms may be used by the hosting platform. If tracking tools are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, to comply with legal retention duties or to protect legitimate claims. We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about your personal data and ask for inaccurate data to be corrected, processing to be restricted, data to be deleted or provided to you in a portable format. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent with future effect. To exercise these rights, contact us by email. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
9. Updates
We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The version published here is the current version.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS &
CONDITIONS
These terms apply to services provided by CŒUR BRAND LAB unless a written proposal or individual agreement states otherwise. In the event of a conflict, the individual agreement takes precedence.
1. Enquiries and contract formation
Information on this website is an invitation to enquire and not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when both parties accept a written proposal, statement of work or other individual agreement.
2. Scope and collaboration
Services, deliverables, timing, review rounds and responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal. The client provides accurate information, access, approvals and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client cooperation may shift delivery dates.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, currency, invoicing schedule, expenses and payment deadlines are set out in the individual proposal. Third-party costs, media spend, production, travel, licences and external suppliers are charged only as agreed. Late payments may pause work and extend timelines.
4. Changes, cancellation and rescheduling
Work outside the agreed scope requires written approval and may affect fees and timing. Cancellation, notice periods, rescheduling fees and any non-refundable commitments are governed by the individual proposal. Work completed and third-party costs already committed remain payable.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, final approved deliverables are licensed or transferred to the client only after full payment. Working files, unused concepts, methods, tools, templates, know-how and pre-existing materials remain with CŒUR BRAND LAB. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licence terms.
6. Portfolio use
Unless confidentiality or a written agreement provides otherwise, CŒUR BRAND LAB may identify the client and show published work for portfolio, editorial, award and self-promotional purposes after launch.
7. Client materials and approvals
The client confirms that it has the necessary rights to all supplied materials and instructions. The client is responsible for final factual, legal, regulatory and brand approvals, including claims, product information and publication permissions.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties treat non-public commercial and creative information received during the project as confidential and use it only for the agreed collaboration, unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Liability
CŒUR BRAND LAB performs services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit and third-party platform changes is excluded. Any remaining liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service, except where limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
10. Governing law
Swiss law applies. Subject to mandatory statutory venues, the courts of Zürich, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction.
